About me

I'm a swedish woman 30 years old, happily married and working with something I really like. I have an active life outside work and I sometimes feel like I just rush through life, missing the important stuff. I have started to question my life choices and that's why I have started to do yoga and meditate each day to reach some kind of clarity. By reaching inwards I know I wish to spend more time with my husband, family and friends. So have started to make active choices to do that.

I have started to regard myself as a sikh after a process this last year when my longing for spirituality grew stronger, and as if it was meant to be, through mantras and beautiful music, kundalini yoga and meditation knocked on my door and I just fell in love.
This blog has been a way for me to connect with my spirituality on a way I had not expected.

Kaur - I believe your mother tongue is not Spanish? but I mentioned that "Japji" Sahib is available in Spanish. My apology if I'm not correct on this :(

  10. Dear Har Anand!Today my Kundalini yoga friend shared your blog with me and I cant express how happy I am she did! It is a rainy dull boring day and that was exactly how I felt before I checked your web-site. Each page radiates so much love, warmth, joy and hope that just after looking through those I feel rejuvenated and grateful again! Your generosity, humbleness and kindness brought me back to reality and showed the constant flow of love in our Universe!
