Doing it wrong

This week has been a bad sadhana week. My body ache and I have been cutting corners on my sadhana. Why, you can certainly ask, I am.

I'm doing sadhana for me, I like doing it because I like it, because I like how it makes me feel. But still I have been pressing down the amount of time I spend on my sadhana each day. I don't like that, I have to get out of this bad circle.

  1. We're not robots, no two days are alike. Accept your feelings, don't beat yourself up about it! Tomorrow is a new day, start anew, don't look back. No big deal. :D Good luck!

  3. I think it's inspiring that you have such a consistent Sadhana anyway, and it is more important to do it everyday for the time you can manage (especially if you're under the weather!) than having an irregular practice. And when you do miss some of your banis or yoga, you only appreciate the full schedule that you're able to do when you're in good health, so don't feel bad!

  4. Thank you, Prithi, for your kind words. It's weird that I can inspire you, who to me seems to have come so far on your spiritual journey. But I think you are totally right that it's better to consistent than not. And it's good to be able to feel that I miss doing the longer version of my sadhana.
