I got an email today that has got me thinking about a lot of spiritual beliefs, practices and rituals. I'll probably write a bit about that soon but right now I have to think about some more. So while you wait for that, here are some other things I'm thinking about right now:

This is a really beautiful quote taken from a youtube-clip of Yogi Bhajan. I like it, it's true I think.
An other thing he said in the same video was:
Do you serve others or do you serve yourself? If you serve others, you will prosper.

That's worth some thought, isn't it?
